Changzhou Xiangming Intelligent Power Co., Ltd. jointly established a joint venture with Japan’s BorgRoid Corporation and Shenzhen Shengyuanxin Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. in July 2024 in Changzhou — Changzhou Xianghan Embodied Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of industrial and humanoid robot joint motion modules and related systems and software.
On October 16th, a R&D technical exchange meeting for the joint venture was held at BorgRoid Corporation in Japan. Leaders including She Leibing, General Manager of Xiangming Intelligent; Guo Tao, CEO of BorgRoid Corporation; Peng Yuan, General Manager of Shengyuanxin; and Liu Min, Director of the Changzhou Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee, attended the event together.

During the exchange meeting, the joint venture (Changzhou Xianghan Embodied Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.) and BorgRoid Corporation officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly advance the “Robot Joint Motion Module Technology Development” project. This significant initiative highlights Xiangming Intelligent’s strategic layout in emerging industries and injects strong momentum into innovation and breakthroughs for key core components in high-end equipment.
